INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Inside Sales Representative at Lozier Oil Company, Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining customers, driving our sales initiative and expanding our customer base. Experience in consultative selling will enable you to identify customer needs and through our value proposition support the customers’ product and service needs.
No experience needed will train the right candidate.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customers’ needs and expectations and introduce our “Value Proposition” to solidify relationships and cultivate new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key positions within customers to ensure long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and share insights into our specific target markets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field (Lubricant sales, manufacturing and Industrial distribution).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Sage or platforms like Salesforce.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to generate sales reports to help with strategic decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing and marketing function within the organization.
- Mechanical aptitude.
