Are you a loan processing professional who prides yourself on a "zero-error" audit trail? Winston Staffing has partnered with a prominent financial institution in Uniondale, NY, to identify two elite Real Estate Loan Administrators for a critical 5-month assignment.
In this role, you won't just move paperwork; you will be the guardian of the bank’s compliance, managing the high-stakes journey from initial loan approval to the closing table. This is an ideal role for a specialist who enjoys the technical intricacies of RESPA/TRID and is ready to expand their expertise into small multifamily and mixed-use property lending.
The Mission: What You Will Achieve
- Compliance Excellence: Own the accuracy of all Loan Estimates (LE), Disclosures, and Commitment Letters. You will ensure 100% adherence to federal regulations and bank policies.
- Pipeline Mastery: Proactively manage an assigned pipeline to meet aggressive closing dates, serving as the "air traffic controller" between borrowers, brokers, and attorneys.
- Quality Assurance: Perform deep-dive reviews of Closing Disclosures (CD) to validate fees and terms, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Asset Growth: Gain hands-on training and experience in the administration of small multifamily and mixed-use property loans.
Your Technical Toolkit
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in loan processing or closing conforming products.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep, functional knowledge of RESPA, TRID, and Regulation Z.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and standard banking software.
- Communication: Interpersonal "finesse"—the ability to push for missing documentation from third parties while maintaining professional relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional industry experience.
