Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team in Oakwood, Ohio. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Process payroll efficiently using eHub for timekeeping and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and perform general ledger (GL) tasks.
• Handle high-volume invoices with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring all financial deadlines are met.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Provide reliable and consistent financial support to a growing business with 250 employees.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and reporting processes.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with payroll processing systems, particularly eHub, is preferred.
• Ability to handle medium to high invoice volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of general ledger (GL) work and account reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Experience in month-end close activities and financial reporting.
