Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $33–$36/hour
Post Rehab is hiring a PTA to support physical therapy services in our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity offers hands-on work with residents focused on improving strength, balance, and mobility.
Responsibilities:

<li>Carry out therapy plans developed by the supervising PT</li>
<li>Assist residents with gait training, exercises, transfers, and balance activities</li>
<li>Monitor treatment response and report updates to the PT</li>
<li>Support therapy goals and safe resident participation</li>
<li>Complete accurate treatment documentation</li>
