What you will be Doing:
Oversee and control plant equipment and processes through centralized control boards and computer systems.
Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues.
Quickly identify and resolve operational issues to maintain continuous and efficient plant operations.
Ensure proper flows, temperatures, pressures, and levels. Recognize operating deviations and take appropriate corrective action.
Through the SCADA system ignition, troubleshoot problems as they arise,
Recognize equipment abnormalities. Communicates with maintenance regarding significant repairs.
Work with field personnel to solve issues and manage the daily activities with disposing of up to 1,000,000 bbls of fluid per day.
Maintain accurate logs and records of plant operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Analyze operational data and suggest improvements to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.- 2+ years of control room experience, running the board.
- Cryo experience is preferred.
Ability to run a complex board with minimal supervision.
Critical thinking skills combined with experience and discipline in problem solving.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with plant operations, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
Work Schedule:
7 days on/7 days off. Rotating days & nights.
Must reside in the Midland/Odessa area.
