What you will be Doing:


  • Oversee and control plant equipment and processes through centralized control boards and computer systems.

  • Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues.

  • Quickly identify and resolve operational issues to maintain continuous and efficient plant operations.

  • Ensure proper flows, temperatures, pressures, and levels. Recognize operating deviations and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Through the SCADA system ignition, troubleshoot problems as they arise,

  • Recognize equipment abnormalities. Communicates with maintenance regarding significant repairs.

  • Work with field personnel to solve issues and manage the daily activities with disposing of up to 1,000,000 bbls of fluid per day.

  • Maintain accurate logs and records of plant operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.

  • Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

  • Analyze operational data and suggest improvements to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.


Your Skills and Qualifications:


  • High school education or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of control room experience, running the board.
  • Cryo experience is preferred.

  • Ability to run a complex board with minimal supervision.

  • Critical thinking skills combined with experience and discipline in problem solving.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with plant operations, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.


Work Schedule:


  • 7 days on/7 days off. Rotating days & nights.

  • Must reside in the Midland/Odessa area.
