About the Position
As the Call Center Representative, you will ensure that customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ by coordinating appointments for potential customers.
The Call Center Rep must be a technically savvy individual who understands today’s technology and can communicate clearly and efficiently with customers using internet/email, smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems. You will schedule appointments, provide initial vehicle and financing information, and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage networking and repeat business.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities
-
Answer customer calls and follow up to establish sales appointments
-
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
-
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
-
Present initial financing options based on customer needs

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who have no-showed

Participate in team and process development sessions

Maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking systems daily
Qualifications
-
Previous customer service experience required

Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

Prompt and courteous demeanor

Positive and hardworking personality

Strong computer and communication skills

Valid driver’s license
Compensation
-
$45,000 – $95,000 annually based on performance
-
Base pay plus performance-based bonuses

Earning potential tied to appointments set, show rate, and production
Schedule
