Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

• Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients' homes and care facilities.
• Perform bedside procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and wound evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
• Work autonomously within a supportive environment, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
• Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available for qualified candidates.
