Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Passion for resident-centered rehabilitative care

Key Responsibilities

• Support PT-led treatment plans to improve mobility and outcomes
• Complete 13-week assignments across skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with PTs, residents, and care teams
• Provide coverage where immediate support is needed
