Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Minneapolis, MN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 1801 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403

Contract- 3+months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Central Time)

Pay Rate: $23/HR- $25/HR

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Quest Diagnostics location in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• Prepare specimens for lab testing while maintaining proper labeling, documentation, and processing standards

• Provide a professional and compassionate experience to patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision while maintaining productivity

• Travel may be required to support nearby Patient Service Centers on short notice

• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus

• Prior experience in Patient Service Center environment strongly preferred

• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service focus

• Keyboard and data entry proficiency required

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

• COVID-19 vaccination not required

This is a contract role, with potential for future engagement based on performance and business needs. Training locations may vary depending on availability.
