We are seeking a dynamic In-Store Event Marketing & Promotions Representative to join our team!

In this role, you will engage with both local shoppers and small business owners, helping them upgrade to Frontier’s high-speed internet solutions through interactive in-store promotions and targeted commercial outreach. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market data to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and drive increased brand visibility and revenue.

We’re now hiring sharp, people-focused professionals to help local shoppers and small business owners upgrade their internet through in-store promotions and commercial sales outreach.

Your Role: In-Store & Business Sales Representative

As a representative of Frontier’s expansion team, you will:

• Host and manage in-store promotions at high-traffic retail and grocery locations
• Connect with 50–100 local shoppers daily, answering questions and booking installs
• Offer exclusive Frontier Fiber Internet packages — residential and commercial
• Visit local small businesses (realtors, HVAC, salons, contractors, etc.) to offer custom commercial internet + IT security bundles
• Help business owners get static IPs, enterprise routers, secure networks, and 24/7 support
• Enroll customers on the spot using our CRM and digital tools
• Earn upfront commission AND 3–5 years of residual monthly income for each business account

Compensation

• $1,000–$3,500+ weekly (uncapped commission, paid weekly)

• Top reps earn $150K–$300K+ per year

• Commercial clients pay residual income for 3–5 years

• No salary — this is 100% performance-based with maximum upside

• Most new reps close their first deals within 10–14 days and earn $1K–$2K+ by week 2

• Proficient in collecting both quantitative and qualitative data

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and distill insights

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities—comfortable presenting to potential customers & clients
