We're looking for a dynamic and structured HR Business Partner, to oversee HR operations, activities and processes providing guidance on a wide range of HR issues to employees and management, working closely with the HR Business Partnering Head in supporting Qualco Group Business Unit(s). We are counting on you to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures related to performance, compensation, learning, career development, and more;
- Offer consultative support, directing employees and managers to appropriate resources, and escalating complex HR matters as needed;
- Collaborate with the Head of HR Business Partnering to deliver innovative HR solutions in areas such as talent and leadership development, organizational culture, and people analytics;
- Analyze people-related data, track key performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness;
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards to support HR processes and procedures, ensuring data-driven decision-making for the Business;
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives with teams across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team;
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities;
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies while staying up to date on labor legislation and ensuring full compliance;
- Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role with hands-on experience across key HR domains (recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and change management), preferrable in a Technology environment;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support at all levels;
- Proven experience resolving HR-related queries and advising line managers to successful outcomes;
- Familiarity with payroll processes, budgeting, and managing outsourced personnel;
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Experience working with HR metrics and KPIs.
