Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Master Cam operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a deep understanding of Master Cam software and the ability to work with various CNC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Master Cam software
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on machined parts
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Master Cam operator
- Proficiency in Master Cam software is a must
- Familiarity with CNC lathe and mill operations
- Knowledge of G Code programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
