Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position requires a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, specifically working with elementary-aged students. The role is contract-based and located in San Jose, CA. Candidates must have a strong background in supporting the developmental needs of children within an educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist in school settings
- Familiarity with elementary school caseloads
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

- Credentials and licensure required to practice occupational therapy in California
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to elementary school students to support their academic and developmental goals
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
