Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living | 9a-9p and 6a-2p and 2p-10p and 10p-6a with every other weekend!

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.

Offering companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and caring environment.

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.

Supporting medication reminders as directed.

Encouraging resident independence and promoting engagement in daily activities, social programs, and wellness initiatives.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or in a caregiving role preferred (but not required-we provide training!).

A passion for senior care and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
