Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician opportunity is available for a per diem assignment from September 8 to 10 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting pharmacists in providing excellent service and accurate prescription processing within a retail pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• September 8-10
• Tuesday through Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information and prescription orders accurately into the computer system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications.
• Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Greet and assist customers, addressing their questions and concerns with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues for timely prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacy technician license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx is highly preferred.
