Job DescriptionNow hiring a Receptionist in Arlington, Texas! The Receptionist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and is ready to grow with a fast-paced team. As the face of the front office, you’ll be responsible for answering phones, managing document uploads, and supporting administrative reporting. You’ll work with tools like QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, and Firm360.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Firm 360 preferred
- Ability to assist with basic reporting tasks
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
Hours: Monday – Friday, Flexible between 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pmBenefits:
