What You Will Do
- Utilize various prospecting techniques to attract Medicare Beneficiaries to Senior Benefit Services
- Present insurance solutions to prospects and clients to ensure seniors have the proper insurance coverage
- Shadow various insurance agents to learn selling techniques
- Learn how to run and manage your own business in all areas, including sales, marketing, and finances
- Help with client retention through annual reviews, engagement, and activities
Minimum Requirements
- Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Lively & engaged team player
- Obtain a Health and Life Insurance License by April 1, 2026
- Able to work effectively independently or in a team setting while multitasking and prioritizing projects
Pay and Work Availability
- Internship program begins summer of 2026
- Interns are to work 28-40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday for 10 weeks
- Hourly wage plus bonuses for appointments set and sales made
