Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity runs for the full 2026-2027 school year, starting in late August and continuing until the conclusion of the school year, with the added option to participate in Extended School Year (ESY) services.
Work a steady 35 hours per week, supporting young learners and collaborating with educational professionals in a dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape critical early communication skills and empower both students and their families as they build a foundation for lifelong learning.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Active SLP licensure required (CFY and CCC accepted)
- Background in school-based settings preferred, but clinical fellow applicants are welcomed and encouraged
- Knowledge of IEP processes and early intervention best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Flexible, compassionate approach focused on student growth
Role responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to children from birth through kindergarten
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in alignment with program needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Support students in both individual and group intervention sessions
