Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide critical early intervention speech and language services to Virginias youngest learners from the comfort of your home. This 1099 role focuses on children birth to five years old, helping shape foundational communication skills. You will collaborate with families and early childhood providers to support developmental milestones. This is a rewarding opportunity for clinicians passionate about early childhood development and teletherapy.
Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language screenings and assessments

Deliver individualized early intervention therapy plans

Train parents and caregivers on communication strategies

Coordinate with early intervention teams

Maintain detailed records and progress documentation

Attend virtual team meetings and IFSP reviews

VOCOVISION Requirements
Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
Home computer with high internet speed
Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
