Summary of Position (salary based on education, experience and knowledge)
Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Our ideal candidate will possess the below:

Responsibilities
- Prepare, post and verify transactions in QuickBooks for Accounts Payable
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist in reimbursement reconciliations for multiple entities to prepare for month-end closing
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Support inventory management process
- Maintain and update vendor and customer files as well as digital
- Support Accounts Receivable; as needed
- Various other office duties
Requirements
Associates degree in Accounting preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, a plus
Familiar with Excel and Accounting Software (QuickBooks)
