Marketing Project Manager

Location: Irving, TX 75062 (ONSITE days/week, Monday - Friday)

Duration: 3-Month Contract


We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of a national brand refresh across 400+ retail locations. This is a contract, onsite role based in Irving, TX, requiring presence Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, print production, and vendor coordination, with a proven ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the rollout of new in-bay signage across 400+ stores.
  • Coordinate with vendors and store-level leadership (DMs and GMs) to ensure timely and accurate installation.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials, including planning, production, and execution.
  • Ensure all printed materials meet brand standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and refine workflows and best practices for production and installation.
  • Build and maintain project timelines using PM tools, aligned with briefs, milestones, and launch dates.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, print production, and marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including pricing negotiations and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with project management/scheduling tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, SharePoint Planner).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing large-scale retail or signage rollouts.
  • Familiarity with brand refresh initiatives and POP marketing.
  • Strong understanding of production timelines and installation logistics.

Skills & Tools:

  • Expertise in print production and marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM tools like Smartsheet, Workfront, or SharePoint Planner.
