We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting and Metrics Analyst to join our team. The Reporting and Metrics Analyst will be responsible for designing, generating, and analyzing reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to track business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions align with organizational objectives.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting deliverables.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create clear and actionable reports.
Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes where possible.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and business stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of reporting processes, definitions, and data sources.
Stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, metrics development, or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote or distributed team environment.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$35 - $55 per hour (commensurate with experience, education, and technical expertise).
