Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Banking) – Greenville, SC

Are you fluent in English and Spanish? Do you enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service? A confidential banking client in Greenville, SC is looking for a professional and reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Greenville, SC

Job Highlights:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in both English and Spanish
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused banking environment

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Previous customer service experience (banking a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
