Position Overview:

As a pediatric clinician specializing in outpatient care, you will have the opportunity to engage with children ranging from infancy to twenty-one years old. Our team is committed to delivering personalized, one-on-one care, tailoring treatment plans to suit each child's unique requirements. We encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions, enabling them to reinforce skills and exercises at home. This role is primarily situated at our Ridgefield clinic, with occasional coverage required at nearby locations.

Position Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Commitment to achieving exceptional patient outcomes and maintaining high-quality care.

Salary Range: $73,019.76 – $109,529.64 annually

Additional Compensation:

This role also qualifies for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement.
