Project Biller - Up to $80k

Are you detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and experienced in project billing? Our client, a well-established engineering firm, is seeking a Project Biller to join their tight-knit accounting team. This is a high-priority role focused on managing the full invoicing process, particularly related to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) projects. ***100% onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end DOT invoicing process (~120 invoices/month)
• Support Project Managers with invoice preparation and submission
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint software to process and track billing
• Maintain accurate manual Excel invoices; strong spreadsheet skills required
• Liaise with government, municipal, and DOT stakeholders to ensure compliance with funding requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project billing experience, preferably in government-funded or DOT-related projects
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
