Oliviana Italiano in Augusta, GA is looking for servers/waitstaff to join our team! We are located at 399 Highland Avenue in Surrey Center. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, engaged, and hospitality-driven!

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and organized section and tables
• Presenting the menu and specials and helping customers select food using menu knowledge and recommendations
• Delivering food and drinks to tables with accuracy and a sense of urgency
• Utilizing teamwork when completing sidework to keep the shift running smoothly and contribute to a better guest experience
• Delivering an outstanding experience and building relationships with return guests!

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently and stay busy
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in food service or as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus, but not required
• Must have availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
