Project Manager
Job Summary
B&A is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the performance of task orders under this contract. The selected candidate will serve as the contractor’s primary representative for all matters related to daily operations of specific task orders and must have the authority to act on behalf of the contractor. An alternate project manager with equivalent authority must also be designated in writing to the CO and COR.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily management and execution of assigned task orders, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all task order-related matters, including performance oversight, issue resolution, and client communications.
- Supervise project personnel and coordinate technical and administrative activities across large-scale programs.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
- Apply Agile project management principles in the execution of software development and integration projects.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate large-scale planning efforts for enterprise software/hardware solutions.
- Provide leadership in implementing and managing OpenText enterprise products and associated infrastructure.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of project management experience on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Required Skills
- Certifications in both ITIL and Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
- Proven experience planning and executing large Agile development projects.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and personnel management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain positive client relationships.
Desired Skills
- Department of Defense (DoD) Healthcare IT experience.
- Experience coordinating enterprise-level hardware/software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale OpenText product deployments.
- Familiarity with federal contracting environments and compliance standards.
- High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Security Clearance
- Eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
