A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in South Ronceverte, WV 24970.
The Physical Therapist would be working for a healthcare organization with strong career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Physical Therapist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $57.30 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Physical Therapist Highlights
- Contract-to-hire assignment with potential to convert based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or on-call required
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.49 per mile
- Onsite role covering Pocahontas County, WV
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders/referrals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools
- Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function
- Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and modify goals as needed
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families
- Consult with medical providers regarding patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge
- Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment to enhance patient rehabilitation
- Maintain and submit evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation per company and regulatory requirements
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in patient care activities
- Participate in staff development programs and continuing education to maintain clinical practice skills
Physical Therapist Requirements
- Active WV Physical Therapist License
(Compact license accepted) - Experience in homecare, OASIS, exercise programming, and rehab
- HCHB software experience preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise assistants and aides
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Physical Therapist Preferred Qualifications
- Prior home health experience
- Experience working with adaptive equipment in rehab
- Continuing education in clinical practice enhancement
