Distributor of nailing and stapling systems serving the construction and manufacturing trades. Seeking career oriented candidate for an opening on our customer service team. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service including in person, email and phone support. Additional responsibilities include order processing and collaboration between company departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Bi-lingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred however not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with desire to grow
