Job Title: Quality Inspector $24 - $30 Hourly (Based on experience and tenure)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet strict engineering and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity by conducting thorough inspections, calibrating test equipment, and identifying areas for process improvement. This position requires a detail-oriented team player who can work independently while keeping production flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CMM/GMM machines to verify parts meet engineering specifications.
- Manage tool gauges and oversee calibration systems to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain inspection reports to track quality assurance metrics.
- Inspect products and materials according to established quality standards.
- Identify and report any quality anomalies to supervisors for corrective action.
- Collect test data and generate quality reports for analysis.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance quality control measures.
Essential Skills:
- Strong quality assurance and quality control expertise.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, bore mics, and hand gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Experience operating CMM machines and working with CNC machining.
- Understanding of quality engineering principles.
- Strong document control and data entry skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as an Inspection Technician or Quality Technician.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to draft reports and analyze technical data.
- Independent worker with minimal supervision required.
- CMM/GMM experience is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location:
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Suwanee, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40500.00 - $58240.00/yr.
