Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful contract role supporting students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a school-based setting. This full-time, short-term opportunity starts August 12th, 2026 and will run through October 2nd, 2026. Provide essential coverage and make a difference in young learners' communication skills over the course of this assignment, working 37.5 hours per week throughout the school week.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification, with eligibility to practice in a school setting.
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is required to effectively communicate with students and families.
- Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred, though not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Skilled in collaborating with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.
