We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Lead to join our logistics team and drive operational excellence within our distribution center. As a key leader on the warehouse floor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage dock floor, and ensure that pallets, receiving, and materials handling processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach will motivate your team to meet and exceed performance standards while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. Location: Commerce, CA
Start: 2:15pm-10:45pm(Monday-Friday)
Payrate: $18/HR

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage outbound shipment of domestic and international pallet loads
- Shrink wrap, stage, store palletized products for loading in shipping priority order
- Oversee loading/unloading trailers and/or client pickups - identify damaged products during receipt and shipment.
- Extensive experience in warehouse management with a strong understanding of inventory management systems like WMS and AS400.
- Proven leadership skills with prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of logistics operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting techniques, and warehouse distribution strategies.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process documentation.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehousing activities including OSHA certifications preferred.
- Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for team management, training, and coordination with internal departments or external partners.
- Learn and work with internal warehouse department within the facility.
