Concord Hospital, a leading not-for-profit health system serving central New Hampshire, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing, multi-specialty medical group. With two practice locations in Concord and Laconia, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegial, patient-centered team serving a high-need population in an outpatient-focused environment.
Practice Highlights

Outpatient-based consultative rheumatology with light hospital consults only for inpatients

4-day workweek with no night or weekend call

Practice at two sites:
Concord: 246 Pleasant St, Suite 210
Laconia: 80 Highland St -
1418 patients/day, depending on mix of new vs. established patients

In-office musculoskeletal ultrasound and occasional cortisone injections

Work alongside 3 experienced rheumatologists with excellent mentorship available
-
Telemedicine offered as part of care model
-
No advanced practice providers currently on staff
Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $269,721+ (Corridor 5), guaranteed for two years

Productivity incentives (quarterly) and performance bonuses (annual, up to 10% of base)

Sign-on and retention bonus: $40,000 total ($20K upon start, $20K at year one)

Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Full medical malpractice coverage including tail

403(b) and 457(b) retirement options with employer contribution and matching

5 weeks combined vacation/CME time (increases to 6 weeks after year 2)

$4,000 CME allowance annually

Reimbursement for licensing, DEA, and board certification exam fees

Visa sponsorship may be available (H1Bs and 2027 J1Bs)

Qualifications
-
MD or DO with completion of Rheumatology Fellowship

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology

Eligible for New Hampshire licensure
