We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both in an office setting and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service to clients.

Use online-based software to update and maintain accurate client information.

Process repossessed vehicles, including:

Taking photos of vehicles.

Completing detailed condition reports.

Perform general office duties, including maintaining a clean and organized desk/work area.

Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Support team members and management with special projects when required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating web-based software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (snow, rain, or shine).

Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Valid driver’s license (preferred, depending on vehicle processing needs).
