CCR Wealth Management is seeking a motivated Investment Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or those considering a career change into financial markets, portfolio management, or wealth management.


You will work directly with our Chief Investment Officer and Senior Investment Consultant (both CFA Charterholders), gaining hands-on experience implementing portfolio strategies, executing trades, supporting investment research, and participating in investment committee discussions.

Responsibilities


Trading & Portfolio Implementation

  • Execute portfolio trades including cash raises, asset allocation adjustments, and model-driven rebalancing
  • Implement trades across multiple client accounts through portfolio management and trading systems
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing and allocation updates across client portfolios


Portfolio Maintenance

  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure alignment with model allocations and investment guidelines
  • Assist with portfolio maintenance, including cash management and account-level adjustments
  • Support the investment team in maintaining accurate portfolio records and investment allocations


Investment Support

  • Assist the investment team with portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
  • Support investment research and due diligence on mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment strategies
  • Prepare materials related to portfolio positioning and investment discussions


Advisor Collaboration

  • Work closely with financial advisors to support client portfolios and investment-related requests
  • Assist advisors with portfolio allocation questions and investment-related materials
  • Help ensure a high level of service in maintaining and supporting client portfolios

Qualifications


Required

  • Bachelors degree (Finance, Economics, Business or related field preferred)
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investing
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Functional working knowledge of asset allocation OR the ability to quickly develop this knowledge
  • Series 7 license, or willingness to obtain


Preferred

  • Internship experience in finance, wealth management, or asset management
  • Strong Excel and research skills
  • Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses
  • Familiarity with investment research platforms (e.g., Morningstar, YCharts)
