Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $23-25 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or accounting-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, including office and light kitchen/catering duties
- Experience coordinating catering or supporting office events is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Receives and routes calls to office staff
- Takes messages and give general information to clients and employees as necessary
- Ability to manage data entry and invoices into the accounting system
- Basic kitchen duties
- Catering
