Pay & Schedule:

• $30$42/hour
• SPIFFs and performance bonuses available
• MondayFriday schedule
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed

What Youll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repairresidential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Performmaintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations
• Clearly explain repair options and system performance to customers
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call
• Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and job updates
• Safely operate and maintain acompany-provided vehicle

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ yearsof residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid drivers license with aclean, insurable driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing
• Willingness to obtainNATE certification within 1 year(we support you)
