Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Boulder, Colorado
Schedule: Part-Time, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation: $19-23 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
Canyone Plumbing & Heating is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The CSR will work closely under the direction of our Dispatcher/Office Manager to support scheduling, customer communication, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, Phone and email etiquette is a requirement.

  • Book service appointments based on dispatcher guidance and technician availability.

  • Perform appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups.

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in our system.

  • Assist the Dispatcher/Office Manager with scheduling adjustments, reschedules, and customer updates.

  • Resolve minor customer concerns or escalate issues to the Dispatcher/Office Manager when necessary.

  • Complete light office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with customers, technicians, and coworkers.

  • Follow company policies and procedures and support office goals.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction carefully.

  • Administrative, office, and/or call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.

  • Professional, positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.

  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior customer service or administrative support experience required.

  • Experience with HouseCall Pro & Grasshopper software is a plus but not required.

  • Dispatch experience is a plus

  • Ability to commute to our Boulder office.
