What You’ll Do
- Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
- Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
- Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
- 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred: BLS certification.
