What You’ll Do

  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For

  • Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Preferred: BLS certification.
