Job DescriptionJoin Our Team in a Beautiful New Office – Part-Time Dental Hygienist Opportunity!

Location: 5980 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407

Schedule:

Fridays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with an option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care for overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
