Location: Pico Rivera, CA (100% On-site) must be local to be considered
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension or permanent hire
Compensation: $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
MUST HAVE SQL experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to provide temporary support to our Finance team during a time of growth and transition. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with a collaborative team, this role will focus on analyzing financial data, preparing actionable reports, and assisting leadership across multiple locations in making informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial and sales data to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Generate internal reports to aid strategic decision-making across departments

Collaborate with general managers and team leads to uncover trends and performance insights

Help streamline data processes and improve the accuracy of reporting

Assist with ongoing financial projects and provide support for ad hoc analysis requests
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in a business or financial analyst role

Working knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate level)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements) and Microsoft Access

Strong understanding of financial and sales data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
