Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Pharmacist-In-Charge LTC Pharmacy (Contract 813 Weeks) Minnesota

Summary:
An established Long-Term Care pharmacy in Minnesota is hiring a Pharmacist-In-Charge for an 813 week contract assignment. This leadership position offers a great opportunity to manage a high-volume facility and drive operational excellence during an exciting system transition to Frameworks.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00am 7:00pm
One weekend shift per month

Responsibilities:
Direct pharmacy staff including pharmacists and technicians
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all pharmacy operations
Oversee controlled substance ordering and inventory systems
Maintain USP 797 compliance and documentation
Optimize workflow processes and assist with the software transition

Requirements:
Minnesota pharmacist license (active and in good standing)
2+ years LTC pharmacy experience
2+ years pharmacy leadership or PIC experience
