Schedule/Hours

  • 3 x 12-hour day shifts
  • Urgent start: must be able to begin within 2-3 weeks of offer
  • Expedited onboarding for quick transition

Qualifications

  • NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Current RN license for DC or eligibility (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years' ICU nursing experience (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (required)
  • BSN strongly preferred
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients across various specialties using state-of-the-art equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, ECMO, IABP, CRRT, and more)
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and support families throughout treatment
  • Fulfill all tasks according to licensure, certification, and regulatory standards
