• 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Overtime requires prior approval
• Productivity expectation: ~60 visits per week
• Patient load: 12–14 patients per day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic provides rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on restoring function, improving mobility, and reducing pain in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises and manual therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

Clinical Operations

• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure quality care while meeting productivity standards

Collaboration

• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (state-specific)
• PTA candidates will not be considered
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
