Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a K-12 school near Forks, WA. This contract opportunity involves providing comprehensive speech and language services throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license required
ESA Certification required
Experience in pediatric speech language pathology within school settings preferred
Credentials such as SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) are valuable
Knowledge of SLP services in educational environments and healthcare settings is beneficial

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
Provide direct therapeutic interventions to support students communication skills
Maintain detailed records and progress reports consistent with school policies and state regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success within the school setting
