This is a well-established multi-specialty physician group offering comprehensive healthcare services to the community. The facility includes a regional medical center with 6 ICU beds, 10 Telemetry Step Down beds, 4 OB beds, 2 Pediatric beds, and 16 Medical/Surgical beds, serving a regional population of 60,000+.

Board Certified/Board Eligible - General Surgery

Job Details:
• Join a high-functioning, broad scope practice with 4 experienced general surgeons and 3 APPs• Call schedule of 1:5, providing excellent work-life balance• Practice includes endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures (no C-sections)• Access to state-of-the-art DaVinci XI robot on-site• Surgical services and admissions at the regional medical center• Support six surrounding community clinics in the area• Located 60 miles north of Duluth and 200 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul• APPs assist with wound care, enhancing efficiency of practice• Collaborative environment with specialists in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, and numerous visiting specialists

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
