The Marketing Project Coordinator is a full-time position working from various schools and locations. The position requires visiting schools within the Cleveland region on a regular basis to attend meetings, make presentations, and coordinate events with school and Marketing personnel, civic groups, parents, students, and other audiences identified through market research. Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required.

The Marketing Project Coordinator shall be proficient in all aspects of the student enrollment process, school program, and the organization's mission and vision. The Marketing Project Coordinator will engage in extensive, ground level marketing activities including major lead generation through canvassing and networking. A strong work ethic, ability to work independently, skills in effective project management, and a background in sales/customer service is required (previous recruiting experience preferred). The Marketing Project Coordinator must have their own reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule (some evening and weekend working shifts may be required). Other job duties may be required as needed.

As a Marketing Project Coordinator, the primary responsibilities are to help your assigned schools:

  • Oversee the execution of the school marketing plan to assist the school principal in meeting their enrollment goals,
  • Manage campaigns and initiatives in a hands-on manner to ensure we are raising awareness about the school in the local community and generating qualified inquiries for enrollment at the school,
  • Support the school in converting inquiries into new student enrollments.

The candidate must pass federal, state, and local background checks, as required by state.

About You:

  • Experience in Sales, Recruitment, Community Organizing, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate temporary staff members
  • Ability to travel and possess own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Physical ability to lift 25 – 40lbs, and stand/walk up to four hours at a time
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask

The annual starting salary for this position is between $45,000 – $50,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
