Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential gaps in clients' insurance coverage and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track progress towards sales goals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively engage and educate clients.
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term satisfaction.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex insurance products and benefits to clients.
