Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

RN for Woodbridge Rehab. & Nursing: Every other weekend. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: • Floating required • BLS through AHA required • A minimum of 2 years’ experience required • Prior travel required •LTC experience required • Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed • All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population
CRU MUST START WITHIN 2 WEEKS - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER: - 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date - FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start - VT license
