Substitute Teacher
Cathedral Preschool in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a passionate Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a School Teacher at our esteemed preschool, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Compensation:
$18 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities as directed by the lead teacher
- Provide a safe and loving environment for preschool-aged children
- Follow established classroom procedures and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Support individual and group needs of children, including behavior management and conflict resolution
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure continuity in the children's learning and development
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments
- Understanding of basic classroom management techniques
- Have availability to sub 2+ days a week
